The following conditions apply for private customers as well as companies, legal persons under public and special assets under public laws.
General
Unless otherwise indicated, product images serve as examples only and may vary from the delivered product unless specified. All information will be given on how to proceed for your delivery.
The contract is concluded on writing accepted and signing on the contract agreement form which will be provided after placing your order.
Price
Prices will be displayed in various currencies at the customers choice. At check out all prices are automatically converted to USD (US dollars)
Orders
Orders can be made by are social media page, email, telephone or on are website. All items marked in stock can be ordered online. Minimum order value is 180 USD for orders contacting small quantities and 500 USD for wholesale orders. Orders are confirmed only if you agree to are terms and methods.
We reserve the right to decline orders for economic reasons ( without offering a reason). Cancellation can only be accepted for products not dispatched. In case of a damaged product during delivery items might be changed at are expenses.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost are calculated depending on weight destination and shipping method or shipping agency used. Additional cost such as phytosanitry, phytosanitry inspection, cites and treatment will be added when applicable.
Shipping details

Reservation
Plants or seeds can be reserved by signing the reservation contract form and a down-payment. Plants will not be delivered till full payment is made and a document of complete payment is signed.
Damaged or lost shipment
Shipping is at our risk. In case of damaged or lost shipment, please have this noted and signed immediately upon the receipt of the delivery or shipping document. Please contact us and send this confirmation so we can file a complain to the delivery agency used.
Refunds for damaged or lost shipment will be made with the means of payment used at the time of purchase after consulting us. The refund can also be made as a replacement or credit.

How to order
Once you identify the plants you need and give us all needed information, payment is required for the necessary documents to be processed. Once payment is confirmed documents will be provided by the government in accordance with the government of your country or plant regulations of your country. Plants will be packed and photos send to you before been delivered at the shipping or delivery agency of your choice with documents. Once package is registered the delivery agency will contact you and provide you with an invoice and a tracking number so you can track your package.
After registration of your package at the agency any extra charges will then be handled by the delivery agency.
In case of any suspicious activity at the level of the shipping or delivery agency contact us for more clarification or confirmation.
